Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services of BnB Digital Marketing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

BnB Digital Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to web design, SEO, PPC management, and related services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, project-based work requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Upon receipt of full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them. BnB Digital Marketing retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, or methodologies used in the creation of deliverables.

BnB Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

While we strive to deliver excellent results, BnB Digital Marketing cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if payment obligations are not met or if a client engages in conduct that violates these terms.
